How it works:

- Receive confirmation & return instructions
- A logistics partner will collect your cannyboard on-site
- We inspect, recycle, or refurbish your cannyboard
** The device is packed and ready for pickup, e.g., on the ground floor, curbside, or in an accessible storage area.
***The device requires disassembly or must be transported through non-accessible areas (e.g., staircases, narrow passages).
Next Steps:
- Appointment Scheduling: Our logistics partner will contact you shortly to arrange a suitable pickup date
- Packaging: Please ensure the device is safely packaged for transport. If disassembly is required, our team will be prepared
- Device Assessment & Processing: Once the device arrives, we will conduct a technical evaluation, securely delete data, and proceed with refurbishment or recycling

If you have selected pickup with on-site disassembly and/or transport through non-barrier-free areas, a service fee applies. The exact cost will be communicated prior to pickup.
